This page explains what information we collect from you, why, and how we protect it.
What we collect
- Email, password (encrypted), full name, country, and date of birth — at registration
- A government ID document (national ID/passport/license) — only if you request a payout
- Trading history, account balances, and the IP address of each trade — to enforce risk rules and detect fraud
- Support ticket messages
- Email address — only if you choose to sign up for the newsletter on the homepage
How we protect it
- Your password is never stored in plain text — only a one-way, irreversible hash of it is stored
- Your ID document is stored with strong encryption (AES-256)
- Your login session is also stored hashed, not in plain form
- Only the site admin (with a separate security key) can access this information
Why we collect it
- ID document: to make sure a payout actually reaches the person who opened the account (KYC)
- IP address: to detect abuse patterns like coordinated hedging between different accounts
- Date of birth and country: to cross-check against the ID document during KYC review
Deleting your data
You can request deletion of your login identity (credentials and ID document) via a support ticket. Trading and financial records are retained for dispute resolution and accounting purposes, even after account deletion.
Third-party sharing
We don't sell your information. We use Resend to send verification emails, and Binance/Twelve Data for live prices — these services only see the minimum data needed for their function (e.g. Resend only sees your email, never your password or ID document).
Newsletter
Newsletter signup is entirely optional and only happens with your consent. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link — one click removes you instantly, no login required. We never share your email with any third party.
